Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZDT's Plaza ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the zdtsplaza.com website and any related services (collectively, the "Site").

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Texas. ZDT's Plaza and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
